Breakfast is tough, because your always pressed for time. Eggs are good, you can add stuff to them, make an omlettes. I like to add spinach,tomatoes,and onion to my eggs.
Another thing is to make your own breakfast smoothie, I love to use frozen fruit because it serves as ice and fruit, I also add fresh greens to my smoothie, such ass cucumber, spinach or kale. You can even add some protein powder to this. I like to use soy milk and frozen veggies, vanilla soy is great or vanilla almond because it gives it some sweet taste so no sugar is needed.
Yogurt is also quick and easy, making your own parfait is also a good idea, layer fruit like berries with yogurt and you have your own parfait!
Another is to make protein or whole wheat pancakes the night before if your pressed for time,and add fresh fruit and almond or any kind of nuts on top.
If your hoping to loose weight or detox, try making your own juice, with a juicer the night before or in the morning, I juice sometimes for breakfast and lunch and eat a healthy dinner.
